Abyssal Hordes
All endgame maps in Hell difficulty are now overrun by Abyssal Hordes. Creatures of Black Abyss will test your strength and provide special currency on vanquishing them.
Their demonic souls are a source of pure, overwhelming energy, which can be used to power up powerful contraption known as Infernal Kiln.
Hellforged Uniques
Hephasto’s apprentices were working really hard after his death to equip the Abyssal Hordes with powerful artifacts. Unfortunately they don’t possess their master experience and skills. While trying to replicate the items that the heroes of Sanctuary are using to defeat demons and undeads, their attempts yielded… surprising results.
Infernal Maps
In Sanctuary of Exile, T4 Dungeons are possible to be conquered by the solo player. However the gap between T3s and T4s is massive.
Infernal maps, or T3.5, aim to bridge that gap. Each Infernal Map is overrun by Superior Abyssal Hordes. Powerful enemies that aim to deliver challenge and a reward, as they are able to drop Sacred Orbs and have slightly higher chances to leave behind better loot.
New pinnacle Uber encounter
The one in the lead of Abyssal Hordes hides in his Sanctum, plotting the final strike that will fall upon Sanctuary.
Patch 12.1.0 introduces completely new Uber Boss encounter - dangerous, difficult, although worth your time. New unique items are waiting for heroes that are brave enough to face their destiny.
New Sorceress Skill
Heroes of Sanctuary are always prepared to face new threats. Sorceress has gained a new skill - Lightning Fusillade. Wreck your foes with endless barrage of lightning projectiles, finished by magnificent explosion.
Damnation mode alpha
In patch 12.1.0 an alpha version of a new mode for Sanctuary of Exile has been introduced. This mode has been hand-crafted to cater to players that want to experience slower progress and different progression curve than what standard mode in Sanctuary of Exile has to offer.
As this is alpha version of the mode, it is open to players feedback and discussion.
